NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Finlayson City Council will hold a Special Meeting on November 24, 2025, at 4:30p.m. at Finlayson City Hall, 2217 Finland Avenue, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13D (Open Meeting Law).
