NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Finlayson City Council will hold a Special Meeting on:
Monday, June 9, 2025
4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Finlayson City Hall
2217 Finland Ave, Finlayson, MN 55735
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a training session with the League of MN Cities for the City Council focused on:
- Roles and responsibilities of elected officials and staff
- Meeting procedures and facilitation best practices
- Council-clerk communication and governance expectations
This meeting is open to the public in accordance with Minnesota Open Meeting Law. No formal council actions are expected to be taken during this training.
